How to Fix Quiet AirPos (Low Volume)

1. Use a volume rocker on the side of your device to adjust the volume is set to max. Alternately, swipe from the upper right corner and hold the music app widget until it expands. Slide the volume control bar all the way to the right.

3. Now you should go into "Settings". When inside, click on "Sounds".
4. Ensure that you have "Fixed Position Volume Controls" enabled so that you don't accidentally lower the AirPo0ds volume instead of raising it.
5. Next, check that "Reduce Loud Sounds" is off. If it is not, it means that you have a volume limit enabled. Click on the feature and turn it off.
6. Return to "Settings" (or look at the left column on an i Pad) and tap "Accessibility".
7. Go into "Audio/Visual" and ensure you have the "Balance" slider in the middle. Having that slider towards the left or right might be why Air PPods sound quieter on the other side.
8. Lastly, find "Headphone Accommodations". Usually, this feature is turned off. However, turn it on and play with it a bit. Make your own "Custom Audio Setup", tune your audio for Balanced, Vocal, or Brightness, or boost quieter sounds to hear them better.
